Ceramic MAXPHASE™ provides high corrosion resistance, good adhesion, and low interfacial contact resistance for LT-PEM metal bipolar plates - without the use of noble metals.
This means high durability, excellent performance, low-cost manufacturing, and flexibility for continued development and improvements. In other words, performance on par with gold at a fraction of the cost, without compromising future innovation.

The INLINECOATER™FC is developed for high quality coatings of metal bipolar plates. It can be configured for Ceramic MAXPHASE™, as well as other flow plate coatings. With a unique system architecture the INLINECOATER™FC provides short cycle times, in situ process control, and quick and easy maintenance.
The possibility to integrate and automate the system into production flows makes it well suited for highly reliable, cost-efficient manufacturing of metal bipolar plates for fuel cells.
