Conference and trade fair –
Health and safety measures

We take the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff very seriously. With this in mind, we have developed a plan based on input from federal and state governments and our venue. It will be revised as needed and updated here. (Last update: 2021-08-10)

The “3G” principle – A safe approach

  • Event access is only granted to those with certified evidence according to the “3G” principle. In other words, all attendees must show one of the following on both days of the event: (A) proof of full vaccination plus 14 days “Geimpft”, (B) proof of corona recovery within 6 months “Genesen”. or (C) proof of a valid negative test from a certified test centre for each day of the event”Getestet”.
  • The GDPR-compliant “Luca App” will be used to record contact details for all participants. Please download it now from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Each day, our personnel will verify “3G status” and help with Luca App check-in at all building entrances.
  • The “3G” principle applies to all persons involved in the event, including participants, speakers, staff, construction staff, delivery personnel, visitors and organizers.

Note for visitors to Germany (including EU residents) or for those who have recently travelled: Please inform yourself of the evolving COVID-19 entry restrictions, testing and quarantine regulations on the Federal Foreign Office, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the Federal Ministry of Health and AUMA websites directly before embarking on your journey. (On the RKI page, an English PDF is available.)

If you need an official Corona Rapid Test, we suggest: “Marble Arch Medical” at Büchsenstrasse 20, 70174 Stuttgart. (They are open 08:00-19:00 and do not require an appointment.)
